As I am getting to grips with YouTube, I am very much enjoying being filmed as I cook some of my favourite dishes.

This tart, the recipe for which I posted recently (here), has proved a massive hit with everyone who has tasted it, so I could not resist doing a YouTube video for it to show just how easy and quick it is.
