I’m watching Britain’s Best Cook and I’m loving it. You just made the Perfect Roast Dinner. Even in Australia that’s exactly how I like it. If we ever get to travel again come to Sydney and cook a Roast Dinner for us, please.

The roast week was one of my favourites: how I love a roast dinner and I really wanted to get to that week! And yes, I would love to cook you my roast in Sydney – fingers crossed the vaccines do their trick and life will return to a better normal in due course,
